Malen Decorating was involved in the delivery of decorating works for the new Healthy Living Centre at the Pentagon Centre in Chatham. This large-scale project saw the strip out and reconfiguration of approximately 40,000 sq. ft of first-floor space, transforming it into a modern healthcare facility for the local community.

Working alongside the main contractor, our team carried out internal decorating across key areas including GP surgeries, pharmacy spaces, and wider NHS support facilities. The focus was on delivering clean, consistent, and durable finishes suitable for a high-traffic healthcare environment.

This project forms part of a major regeneration scheme within Medway, creating an accessible and long-term healthcare hub designed to serve the community for years to come.
